I absolutely love photographing twin newborn babies! These gorgeous girls visited me for their newborn session a few weeks ago and they were a dream to photograph. During a twin newborn session I ensure I get photographs of both of the babies together and separate so you have memories that captures each of them!
I often get asked if I charge more for twins babies for either a newborn photoshoot or a cake smash photoshoot but I don’t, the session itself takes the same amount of time and preparation so the cost for you is the same as it would be for a single baby.
Delilah and Velzy were an absolute dream during their newborn photoshoot, they were 3 weeks old at the time of the session but still so tiny! Their parents choose neutrals and pinks for their colour choices for their session to ensure their photographs fit well within their home.
I always suggest booking in your newborn photoshoot once you’ve had your 12 week scan, but this can be done at any point onwards if you wish. I only take so many newborn bookings per month to ensure I can offer you a wide selection of dates once your baby has arrived.
If your baby has already been born, that’s no problem too! I always try and squeeze in last minute sessions for those that haven’t already secured their slot. Ideally newborn photoshoots are best to take place within the first few weeks of a baby being born, but we can still get gorgeous images of your baby after this stage. I’ve photographed babies up to 10 weeks old, and it’s still possible to get a beautiful gallery of images.
